smartDivision RTW500

The smartDivision RTW500 provides almost unlimited design possibilities in room partitioning. Each moveable leaf is equipped with its own motor and a separate control unit, which means you are free to choose any position for each individual moveable leaf.

Functional Description

A central PLC control unit ensures the control of each individual moveable leaf. The complete opening or alternatively closing process is handled by that control unit. In addition, any custom position of the system can be pre-programmed and later controlled by the operator. There is no gap between the moveable leafs (unless this is desired with the custom position).
The system runs quietly and uniformly for the opening as well as closing motion.

Leaf construction

• Glass only design with head and foot profiles
• Glass with single layer safety glass or laminated safety glass, 10 or 12 mm
• Polished vertical glass edges
• Leafs are adjustable in height
• Special constructions are available on request!

Safety Devices

• When an obstacle is hit, the affected moveable leaf stops automatically (150N).

Operation

• Buttons with control sequence OPEN-STOP-CLOSE
• Mechanical unlocking for manual operation
